Youth Programs

As we experience an increased appreciation of civility in the educational and social environments of young people, it has become apparent that a foundation of good manners and communication skills is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children. It builds the confidence, self-esteem and respect for others that last a lifetime.
 

Successful coaching of young people requires sensitivity and concern for their well-being, as well as a commitment by their families to model and encourage good manners. Providing a foundation of good manners and social awareness to our young people is one of the best headstarts we can offer them. Children growing up without exposure to standards of civil behavior will suffer throughout their lives as they seek to compete with other, more accomplished and well-mannered individuals. A fine intellect and an outstanding education do not assure success if the individual lacks effective communication and social skills.

All training programs offered by PCG for young people are designed specifically to meet the individual needs of the clients and include participation by parents.
