Coaching young people requires special training and concern for their well-being. Protocol Consulting Group, LLC, offers programs that have been developed by The Etiquette and Leadership Institute, LLC, the national leader in etiquette training for young people. Our principals have been certified to provide this outstanding educational experience. Programs are offered for three age groups.

Your technical skills will get you the interview but you need “soft skills” to make the impression that leads to the job offer. We’ll cover everything to put the finishing touches on your first, and winning, impression. We’ll cover relationship building, networking, handshakes and introducing yourself, when to sit or stand, how to ask and answer questions, appropriate attire and preparation, and those ever-important "thank you’s."
